How to get last-minute Yankees-Mets tickets for Citi Field

by admin

Ever since interleague play was introduced way back in 1997, there’s been one matchup that fans have looked forward to more than any other.

Obviously, it’s the Subway Series — there was never any question about it.

And this year, the Mets and Yankees are meeting for the first time at Citi Field for a quick two-game head to head on Tuesday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 14.

While we’re excited to see how the two squads stack up against one another this season, what we’re most jazzed about are the last-minute ticket prices to get into the ballpark.

At the time of publication, we found some going for as low as $57 before fees on Vivid Seats.

Not a bad price to catch Pete Alonso, Francisco Lindor, Jeff McNeil, Brandon Nimmo and Francisco Alvarez duke it out with Giancarlo Stanton, Anthony Volpe, DJ LeMahieu, Anthony Rizzo and Josh Donaldson out in Flushing.

Queens not your scene?

Later in the season, the two clubs will meet at The Bronx’s Yankee Stadium on Tuesday, July 25 and Wednesday, July 26.

Prices start at $51 before fees for that short dog days of summer series.
